1. Scope This policy explains how Inocron Technologies, operating SPORTINGS, collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains personal data when you use the marketplace website or buyer application. 2. Information we collect We may collect account and contact details; cart, order, payment-status, refund, and loyalty records; delivery addresses and the precise location you choose; searches, saved items, price alerts, reviews, support messages, and preferences; photos selected for image search, reviews, or verification; and device, app, browser, IP address, session, security, and diagnostic information. SPORTINGS does not ask for or store your mobile-money PIN. 3. Sources and uses Information comes from you, the website or app, vendors and delivery partners handling your order, and service providers such as payment, identity, maps, communications, hosting, and security providers. We use it to operate accounts, checkout, payments, delivery, returns, and support; provide search, verification, and alerts; prevent fraud; improve performance; send service and security communications; and comply with law. 4. Legal grounds Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is based on performing our contract with you, your consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as securing and improving the marketplace. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it for future processing. 5. Sharing We share only what is reasonably necessary with approved vendors for fulfilment; delivery partners for pickup, routing, recipient contact, and delivery; payment and refund providers; hosting, storage, maps, image-processing, communications, analytics, support, and security providers; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; and a successor in a lawful business transaction. Providers must protect data and use it for the agreed service. 6. App permissions Camera and photo access are used only when you choose an image for search, review, or verification. Location is used when you choose a delivery pin or current location. Notifications are used for order, price, support, and security updates. If you enable biometric unlock, your device performs the check; SPORTINGS does not receive or store your fingerprint or face template. Permissions can be changed in device settings. 7. Retention We retain data only as long as reasonably needed to complete transactions, keep financial and order records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Periods vary by data type. Data no longer required is deleted, anonymised, or securely isolated. 8. Security and international processing SPORTINGS uses administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the data and risk, although no system is perfectly secure. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required, appropriate contractual or legal protections are used. 9. Your choices and rights Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; change marketing and notification choices; or close your account. Children, changes, and contact SPORTINGS is not directed to children under 18 and does not knowingly invite them to create buyer accounts or order without involvement required by law.
