1. About these terms These terms govern the SPORTINGS marketplace, website, and buyer application operated by Inocron Technologies. By creating an account, placing an order, or continuing to use SPORTINGS, you agree to these terms and the policies referred to in them. 2. Eligibility and accounts You must be at least 18, or otherwise have legal capacity and any required permission, to make a purchase. Give accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and promptly report suspected account misuse. 3. Marketplace role SPORTINGS connects buyers with approved vendors and coordinates checkout, payment records, and delivery. Products may be supplied by independent vendors. “Catalogue reviewed” means SPORTINGS reviewed submitted listing information before publication; it is not a guarantee of authenticity, condition, suitability, or performance. 4. Products, prices, and orders Descriptions, images, stock, prices, promotions, and delivery estimates can change. An order is accepted only when SPORTINGS confirms it. SPORTINGS may correct an obvious error or cancel an order affected by unavailable stock, suspected fraud, a pricing error, an unsupported delivery location, or another lawful reason. If payment was taken, the refundable amount will be returned through the applicable payment process. 5. Payments and delivery Third-party providers may process payments. Never share your mobile-money PIN or one-time security code with a vendor or delivery agent. Delivery is available only in active SPORTINGS service areas. Provide an accurate, reachable delivery address and contact information. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. 6. Returns and refunds Eligible returns, cancellations, and refunds follow the current Return Policy and mandatory consumer rights. Inspect an order promptly and report missing, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, or materially misdescribed items through Support. 7. Reviews, photos, and content You keep ownership of content you submit. You give SPORTINGS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, moderate, and display it as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the marketplace. Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material. 8. Acceptable use Do not use SPORTINGS for fraud or unlawful purchases; interfere with another user; scrape the service at scale; introduce malicious code; bypass security or delivery controls; manipulate reviews or promotions; or misuse another person's identity or payment information. 9. Suspension and termination SPORTINGS may restrict or close an account, cancel affected transactions, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, SPORTINGS will provide notice and a way to contact Support. 10. Intellectual property SPORTINGS names, logos, interface, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to Inocron Technologies. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners. 11. Availability and responsibility SPORTINGS aims to keep the service accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SPORTINGS is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. 12. Changes, law, and contact Material changes will be identified by a new version or notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, subject to mandatory rights applying where you live.
